We seek to inform, support and develop those identifying as Black or Mixed heritage to pursue careers in the civil service and wider public sector.

In order to ensure equity in public sector outcomes it is important to have a seat at the table.

We are committed to informing our community about the wealth of opportunities, meaningful careers and more that can come from a career in public service as well as providing opportunities for learning, development and networking through carefully curated events, workshops and digital resources.

We are keen to work with relevant stakeholders to inspire the next generation to enter into public sector roles to contribute to building a society that is equitable, diverse and inclusive.
