We are committed to diversity and inclusion, so if you see something we’re doing and you want to come along or want to bring friends who do not identify as Black or Mixed heritage you are welcome to join us to learn something new and have a great time!

I am not a Civil Servant and I do not work in the public sector, can I attend your events?

Yes, unless otherwise indicated we are happy for those who are not in the public sector to attend our events. Where there is a fee attached you may find that there is a difference in price for public sector staff vs those in the private or third sector.

I am a business owner, I am interested in partnering/sponsoring ‘BIG’ how can I do that?

Head on over to our partnerships/sponsorship page for more information or send us an email and we’ll get back to you!

How do you devise your pricing for events? there is a cost of living crisis and I am being mindful about spending.

Lots of research! We do a lot of searching and negotiating to get the best possible prices to deliver the best possible experiences. All of our events, paid and unpaid are optional and we understand that affordability can vary based on individual circumstance. Where possible we try to give as much notice as possible for paid events as well as offering the opportunity to pay by instalment to ease the strain. We do not price for profit and any remaining funds are recycled back into the company for future events/initiatives.

I work in/for a private company but I am interested in your work. How can I learn more and get involved?

Have a read through our other pages to learn more, if you have questions that we haven’t answered feel free to get in touch with us directly via our contact page.

Your events have a cost, what happens to the money from ticket sales?

The money from the sale of tickets goes right back into delivering the event you’re attending, whether it be notebooks, welcome packs, balloons etc unless we receive these as a donation we cost every element within the ticket cost. Any residual money from ticket sales is recycled back into the company to reduce future costs for our guests.

I am a school leader and would love for someone in your organisation to speak to my students. Will you?
