As an organisation we are committed to diversity and inclusion, this means that all of our events and offerings are open to all regardless of ethnic background.

This organisation is founded by a Black woman who believes that progress in diversity and inclusion space must be addressed by all. Our work addresses and unpacks some of the unique barriers and experiences that can be faced by those who identify as black or mixed heritage because we are founded by people with that key lived experience!

We understand that our content, services and events might be of interest to non-ethnic minority individuals or global majority groups. We welcome you to attend and get involved with us. The public sector serves all and so do we!
